Who provides this service

wang yuhao, an individual based in China, operates SpeakGrove, an independent third-party voice workspace at speakgrove.com. The site is powered by HeyGen voice services. It is not the official HeyGen website and is not affiliated with or endorsed by HeyGen. Our purpose is to make HeyGen's voice services convenient to use in one workspace. Your account, plan, payments, and support here are separate from HeyGen. No official authorization or partnership is claimed.

Current service and future generation

During early access you can explore 100+ voices you can preview, edit browser drafts, and sign in with Google. The use cases page pairs six existing project recordings with their scripts. The Text to Speech, Clone, and Design tabs are available. New audio generation, clone creation, new Voice Design matching, and purchasing are not open yet. A displayed plan or quota does not activate these operations.

The stock selection is mainly in English, with Chinese options and fewer other languages. Selecting a recording in the Clone tab keeps it locally in the current page and does not upload it. Voice portraits are AI illustrations, not photographs of the original speakers. Scripts are read as written; automatic translation is outside the current scope.

Once generation opens, the planned Free limit is 120 trimmed Unicode characters per clip and 900 audio seconds per rolling month from registration. Longer drafts can remain in the editor but must fit the available plan before submission. Usage is measured in whole seconds, rounded up per clip. A request reserves an estimated duration; an uncertain provider outcome retains that reservation until reviewed. Deleting a clip does not restore used allowance.

Cloud storage is connected to the live service. Once generation opens, signed-in requests will save submitted scripts and audio privately in History, with playback, download, and deletion for completed clips. Recovery reuses existing audio where retrievable. An uncertain request needs review before another attempt. Restoring a script or playing an existing clip does not generate new audio.

Adult use, scripts, and voice permission

You must be 18 or older to use this service. You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, including its prohibitions on sexual or NSFW content, violence or gore, hate, content involving minors, intellectual property infringement, and unauthorized deepfakes, impersonation, or fraud. An age declaration is not identity or age verification.

Use text you have the right to use. You retain your rights to your scripts. For any enabled clone request, use your own adult voice or obtain explicit, documented authorization from the adult speaker and other relevant rights holders. That authorization must cover uploading, cloning, generation, and the intended use of the speech. Access to a recording is not permission to clone its speaker. Review audio before sharing it and provide any synthetic-media disclosure required by law.

Your use must comply with the rights in your material and applicable HeyGen terms. This site does not grant rights in third-party text, recordings, identities, trademarks, or other material. See our Privacy Policy for data handling.

Accounts and paid plans

Google sign-in is available. Accounts and sessions use this site's live cloud storage. Private audio History is prepared for new generation once that operation opens. Pro purchasing is closed. Checkout must show the price, billing interval, included allowance, renewal conditions, and applicable terms before any future payment.

A recurring subscription will renew as disclosed at checkout until cancelled. We will not treat this early-access page as consent to a future charge. A subscription here does not include a HeyGen account or access to its other products.

Cancellation

When subscriptions become available, cancelling stops future renewal. Your paid access continues until the end of the period already paid for, subject to lawful account restrictions. Cancellation is not the same as a refund. It does not by itself return a completed payment.

Use the cancellation control provided for an active subscription or email support@speakgrove.com from your account email with the subject Cancel subscription. Include the subscription or payment reference if available. We will confirm the cancellation and effective date after checking the account and subscription. Closing or deleting an account does not by itself make a refund request; ask about cancellation and refunds explicitly.

Refunds

Once purchasing opens, you may request a full refund of your first monthly or annual subscription payment within 7 days of that payment, provided 0 seconds of paid audio allowance have been used. This voluntary first-payment offer does not apply to renewal payments or later subscription purchases.

We also correct duplicate charges and provide appropriate refunds for paid service we fail to deliver. The first-payment window and zero-use condition do not restrict those remedies or any refund, withdrawal, or other right required by applicable law. No term here takes away mandatory consumer rights.

Email support@speakgrove.com from your account email with the subject Refund request, the payment reference if available, and the reason. We will check the payment and paid-audio usage, explain the decision, and confirm any approved refund and processor status. Payment providers and banks control settlement timing. No automatic refund is triggered by clearing drafts, deleting a clip, or cancelling renewal.

Availability and audio quality

To the extent applicable law permits, the service is provided as is and as available. Pronunciation, accents, timing, and delivery may vary by voice and script. We do not guarantee a particular voice quality, accuracy, delivery time, or uninterrupted service. Review every completed clip before relying on or publishing it. Renaming a downloaded file does not convert its format.

HeyGen generation, Google sign-in, hosting, storage, and payment services depend on third parties and may change or become unavailable. That dependency does not remove our obligations to you under applicable law, including remedies for paid service we fail to deliver.

Responsibility and liability

You are responsible for the rights in your inputs and the way you use and distribute audio. We remain responsible for obligations that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Only to the extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for claims arising from this service is limited to the fees you paid for this service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. It does not restrict mandatory consumer, refund, or data-protection rights. If a limitation is not permitted by the law that applies to you, that limitation does not apply.

Violations, reports, and appeals

We may warn a user, reject or restrict a request, suspend or terminate an account, or remove or restrict access to violating content. Serious harm or legal requirements may require immediate action. Where permitted, we explain the decision and allow an appeal. This does not promise automatic clearing or forfeiture of unused allowance. Statutory rights and applicable refund rights remain.

Report content or appeal a decision through support@speakgrove.com. The Acceptable Use Policy explains the information to provide, serious-report initial-action target of 24 hours, ordinary acknowledgement target of 2 business days, and ordinary handling target of 7 business days. Legal deadlines take precedence, and we explain any extension.

Help and changes

Visit Help & contact or use the support mailbox for questions about this site. The contact page does not send a message automatically. We will update the date and policies when available features or purchase conditions change. Contacting us to resolve a concern does not prevent you from using legal remedies available to you.
