When generation opens, Free includes 120 characters per request and 15 minutes per rolling month from your account start date. Pro is planned at 180 minutes each month with either billing interval; yearly payment does not provide a full-year audio balance upfront.

Cancel renewal before the next billing date to stop future charges. Paid access continues until the end of the paid period. Cancellation is separate from a refund request.

For both monthly and annual subscriptions, request a full refund within 7 days of the first payment if no paid audio has been used. Duplicate charges, undelivered service and applicable statutory rights may qualify separately. See the refund and cancellation rules and contact support@speakgrove.com for a review.
