Cookies and local storage used by the script workspace

Browser storage

SpeakGrove at speakgrove.com uses browser storage to support scripts and site settings.

The site is powered by HeyGen voice services and is not affiliated with or endorsed by HeyGen. Accounts, plans, and support here are separate from HeyGen. See our independent service explanation and the official HeyGen website.

The current version does not enable analytics or advertising tracking cookies.

Cookies

The site's language handling may set a PARAGLIDE_LOCALE cookie to remember a language setting. Cookies are sent by your browser with requests to the site. This cookie does not contain your script.

Google sign-in is available on the live website. Authentication uses necessary sign-in and session cookies to keep you signed in. These are separate from a browser draft. Signing out ends the current session.

When policy confirmation is provided, the policy version, adult declaration, and time are saved with the account on the server. That confirmation is not an advertising cookie or identity-based age verification.

Local storage

The workspace uses local storage to remember your editable script under heygen-voice-draft, its selected voice under heygen-voice-draft-voice-v1, mode-specific drafts under heygen-voice-mode-drafts-v1, and named drafts under heygen-voice-named-drafts-v1. These draft records contain your text and voice choices. Your Voice Design description is stored under heygen-voice-design-prompt. The site also stores its display setting under theme. Local storage remains in your browser between visits; it is different from a cookie and is not automatically sent with each page request.

Your selected voice stays in this browser's workspace. New audio generation is closed during early access. When generation opens, its results and recovery state will follow the workspace controls.

When generation opens, the workspace will use this tab's session storage under heygen-voice-pending-request for an unfinished request's script, voice, and request identity. Recovery can then reuse the same request rather than create a duplicate. It is cleared after completion or a confirmed failed or deleted request. Session storage ends when the tab session is closed.

Session storage under heygen-voice-history-draft-v1 can carry a restored History draft into the editor. When clone creation opens, heygen-voice-clone-create-v1 will hold an unfinished creation request's name, language, and request identity. A selected recording stays in the current page; its audio contents are not saved in local or session storage, and selecting it does not upload it.

Copying an example script or preparing troubleshooting details does not save a new cookie. The copy action writes to your device's clipboard only when you use the control. Troubleshooting details are held in the current page and are not submitted by the contact page.

Your controls

Browser storage belongs to the site's domain. Switching domains does not automatically transfer local drafts, Design descriptions, or cookies. Keep a separate copy of important scripts before moving to another domain.

You can clear this site's browser data in browser settings to remove the language cookie, saved draft, and site settings. If local storage is unavailable or you use private browsing, drafts may not be retained. Keep a separate copy of scripts you want to save.

See our Privacy Policy for how the server and HeyGen handle submitted scripts and generated audio.

Clearing browser storage does not close or delete your server account, erase provider records, or cancel a subscription. To request access, export, correction, account closure, or deletion, email support@speakgrove.com from your account email. Our privacy-response target is 30 calendar days, with shorter legal deadlines taking precedence. The Privacy Policy explains ownership checks and retention limits; cancellation and refunds are covered in the Terms.
