Common questions
What can I use during early access?
You can explore 100+ voices you can preview, six full project examples, browser drafts, and Google sign-in. The Text to Speech, Clone, and Design tabs are available. New audio generation, clone creation, Voice Design matching, and Pro purchasing are not open yet.
My script will not generate
Check that the draft contains text and fits the displayed character limit. Choose a stock voice and confirm your connection. If the service reports an unavailable allowance, keep your draft and try later. Avoid repeatedly submitting while a request is still running.
The voice sounds different from what I expected
Listen to the selected voice’s sample first. Write in that voice’s language and test a short passage containing the names or numbers that matter. Pronunciation and delivery vary with the text. Review the result before using it in your project.
A sample or generated clip will not play
Check the player volume and your device’s output, then try a library sample. If samples play but a generated clip does not, try downloading that existing result. Keep a copy of your script before refreshing, and check History for the saved clip before making new audio.
I reloaded while a request was unfinished
Follow the recovery prompt for that request. Restore recovers its original script and voice without generating. A newer draft stays in place until you choose Restore. Retry the original request to retrieve its existing result; if the outcome is unknown, review its status before starting another request.
Where is my downloaded audio?
Check your browser’s downloads list and download folder. The file extension follows the audio returned by the provider; changing the name does not convert it. Import the downloaded file into your editor and play it there to check the result.
My saved draft disappeared
Drafts belong to the site domain, browser, and device where you wrote them. Changing domains does not automatically transfer browser drafts. Private browsing, cleared site data, or disabled local storage can remove or prevent saved drafts. Keep an extra copy of important scripts. A saved browser draft is separate from account history.
Choosing a voice?
Explore 100+ voices you can preview now, plus six full examples for videos, welcomes, and course instructions. For more voices suited to your scene, use Voice Design once new matching opens. The Design tab is available for drafting your description.
